- With corporate account holders — if your booking is made through a corporate account, the account administrator may have access to booking records associated with that account.

- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of EXECLUX LLC, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including:
- Active booking records are retained for a minimum of three years to satisfy regulatory and accounting requirements.
